1. Rental Duration and Minimum Commitment

  • All equipment rentals, including oxygen concentrators, oxygen cylinders, hospital beds, BIPAP and CPAP machines, require a minimum rental period of 1 month.

  • Early returns are allowed; however, the rental fee is non-refundable for the remaining unused duration.

2. Non-Refundable Rent Policy

  • All monthly rental payments are non-refundable once the equipment has been delivered and received by the customer.

  • We advise customers to verify the equipment needs before confirming the booking.

3. Transport & Setup Charges

  • Transportation, delivery, and setup charges are extra and may vary depending on your location within Pune and nearby areas.

  • These charges will be communicated during the booking process and must be paid upfront.

4. Product Usage and Damage Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for the safe use and proper care of the rented equipment.

  • In case of damage, misuse, or loss, the customer will be liable to pay repair or replacement costs, as assessed by our technical team.

  • For example: If an oxygen concentrator on rent is returned with physical damage or malfunctions due to improper use, additional charges will apply.

5. Return Policy

  • Equipment must be returned in clean, working condition at the end of the rental period.

  • A quality check will be conducted before final clearance.
